2024/25 season
A whole season alongside the club.
At Lourosa FC, the work brought together athletes, coaching staff and coaches: more than 200 one-to-one sessions and around 14 talks over the season.
ADN Campeões does not promise wins: a season's results depend on many people. The work is to give each person more clarity, energy and focus.
The foundation
Athlete, coach, trainer.
Before the stage, Ricardo was a high-level athlete and coach and managed teams in a large gym chain. ADN Campeões brings that experience together with the tools he uses in his training, for the world of sport.
