IES Trainers is Ricardo's train-the-trainer programme: a four-day immersion of more than 50 hours to build or refine the way you speak in public, lead and run groups. Delivered in Portuguese.

What it is like

Four intense days, and it carries on after.

Four in-person days of exercises, practice talks, personal feedback and theory sessions with specialists. Confidence is built as a group and communication becomes clearer.

After the four days, support continues through mentoring and the placement.
